In 1935, Dulsco began as a small service partner supporting the UAE’s early trade and infrastructure. Founded in 1982, IAN marked AG Holding’s entry into renewable energy and environmental solutions. Today, it is a trusted partner for sustainable infrastructure across the UAE, GCC, and Africa delivering DEWA-approved solar projects, advanced energy systems, and water treatment solutions. Through its EPC and Trading divisions, IAN provides end-to-end technologies and turnkey systems that help governments, utilities, and industries reduce emissions, optimise costs, and build smarter, more resilient communities.
PDTMC: ENGINEERING PRECISION
Established in 1983, Precision Dies & Tools Manufacturing Co. (PDTMC) began by producing High-performance aluminium extrusion dies and moulds for the UAE’s growing industrial sector. Today, it is a regional partner for rigid plastic packaging and precision components combining advanced CNC technology with lighter, smarter packaging design, reduced resource use, and recycled materials to prove that UAE-built engineering can be both world-class and sustainable.
GHEZLAN: PASSION FOR ANIMAL CARE
In 2002, Ghezlan was created as a small animal care retail shop built on a simple passion: to better support the needs of equine, camel, and companion animals. What began as a dedicated destination for quality feed and care products quickly became a trusted stop for owners and trainers seeking reliable, specialised brands, with the ambition to one day grow into something bigger. In 2023, Ghezlan officially joined AG Holding, becoming the retail arm of our animal health portfolio and extending our ability to serve customers directly, from stables and farms to pet owners across the UAE.
WISDOM: ADVANCING ANIMAL HEALTH
Founded in 2005, Wisdom has grown into a leading supplier and exclusive distributor of veterinary medicines, supplements, and animal healthcare products across the UAE and Oman. Its portfolio supports performance animals, livestock, and companion pets, serving government institutions, private facilities, farms, and clinics in both markets. By partnering with globally recognised manufacturers and tailoring solutions to local needs, Wisdom has become a trusted ally to veterinarians and animal growers. In 2023, Wisdom joined AG Holding, strengthening our animal health and care platform.
NOVASCAPE: EXPERTISE IN CRAFTING EXCEPTIONAL ENVIRONMENTS
Established in 2013 (formerly Marmara), Novascape designs and builds sustainable outdoor environments, blending landscape architecture, hardscaping, softscaping, irrigation, and horticultural expertise. Anchored by a 60,000 m² nursery in the UAE with a state-of-the-art greenhouse, extensive shade areas, and reverse osmosis systems, it supplies high-quality UAE-grown plants to power vibrant, resilient landscapes.
AEB, AEFM, AEPM: REAL ESTATE LEGACY, RENEWED
Founded in 1995, the company began as an internal division managing the family business’ private and commercial real estate portfolio. Today it forms part of an integrated real estate service platform offering end-to-end services from brokerage to day-to-day asset and building care, and positioning the business to compete confidently in the wider market.
